Situated just above Hall Farm house (a working sheep farm), right on the edge of Dartmoor and close to the beautiful wooded river Erme, this dwelling has its own large enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue equipment. Ample parking by the cottage . The location is within easy reach of the A38 (3 miles) yet with the farm house is totally secluded and safe for children. Regrettably we cannot accept dogs as we are a working sheep farm and have our own friendly, working dogs.
